Why we go at 6 am?
We need to take advantage of the power of cold, and the power of the morning energy ... because this is the secret.
The tour activity:
1 – Walking to the hidden waterfall (its private place nobody can go there, just us)
2 – Soft yoga sport in the water for 30 minutes for preparing the body to be ready for next steps.
3 – Special Wim Hof breathing method for 15 minutes.
(Practicing the specific breathing exercises of the Wim Hof Method will release your inner fire. The exercises are focused on deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations, described by Wim as ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’ and are followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a x amount of time. By practicing the breathing exercises, you are releasing more energy, influencing your nervous system and changing various physiological responses. You are inducing voluntarily a short stress response which ultimately will lead to more resilience towards everyday stress, mentally and physiology and feeling more in control.

6 – Special Meditation method in the water for success and activate the law of attraction for 30 minutes. This will clean your mind and soul.
After that you can have time swimming in the most beautiful place in Minca, where nobody can go there... just you.
And for going back to the village we go using Meditative walk, to keep your mind clean, only we connect with nature.
7 – Healthy breakfast with Kombucha drink (Shakshuka + Hummus + Baba Ghannuge + Salad + Special Pan + kombucha)
